automotive oddity. Yet, those manufacturers and consumers are taking Tesla seriously in 2023. In order to stay up with the American

upstart, two of the biggest and best-known automakers, BMW and VW, are investing billions of dollars in electric car initiatives.Of course, 

when the tiny i3 was unveiled in 2013, BMW was at the forefront of the current EV revolution. But, it never truly took use of that

advantage, opting to concentrate on hybrid vehicles rather than create a family of EVs. With the e-Golf in 2014, VW also dipped a toe in the Electric waters.
